• The product is in unused, undamaged condition with all original accessories, power cords, and manuals included.
• The item must be packed in its original product packaging box.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or delivery label) must be provided.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your parcel arrives damaged in transit or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo or short video clip on WhatsApp. We will immediately arrange a free replacement pickup and dispatch at zero additional shipping cost to you.

4. Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via:

• Bank Transfer (Any Pakistani Bank): Transferred within 3–5 working days after product inspection.
• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Instant mobile wallet transfer within 24–48 hours of inspection approval.

Note: Since shipping is 100% free on all orders, there are no shipping fees charged or deducted during refund processing.
